Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

All items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, a  representative will contact you within 1-2 business days using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed.

Subhag Healthtech can ship products Worldwide via international couriers. When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s), shipping method selected and final shipment destination will be provided. Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the order placed. NOTE: For shipments outside of the India, please email at care@vconceive.com

Subhag Healthtech is not responsible for delayed delivery or damages due to shipping errors by couriers.

Order errors or changes must be reported within 14 days from the date of shipment.

In case you received the wrong/damaged item?

Drop us an email at info@subhag.in or call at 9036 490 490 within 3 days of delivery with the invoice and pictures and we will deliver the right item at no cost to you.

In case you simply did not like an item?

Our customer delight team will help you with your queries and resolve them within 24-48 hours. Please note that there will be no return taken unless the delivered item is damaged or wrong. 

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not been shipped by dropping an email at info@subhag.in or call at 9036 490 490.

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders, which are notified from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery at no additional charge. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
